| Ingredients |

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. (I cut mine into strips.)
2. Spray skillet with Pam, add oil and brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet, but keep warm.
3. Add cream cheese to skillet and stir until it melts. Whisk in the milk and stir until well blended. Add lime juice and cilantro.
4. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
