1. Combine and mix honey, milk, peanut butter, mashed banana, egg whites and vanilla.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients; stir into honey mixture just until moistened.
3. Pour batter into sprayed or lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
2. I like these for a quick snack before working out in the morning.
