Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 small can Pumpkin - not pumpkin pie mix!
  • 1/2 cup Water or so

    • 1. Mix cake mix, pumpkin and water.

    2. Bake in muffin tins with muffin papers according to the directions on the cake mix.

    MY NOTES AND THOUGHTS:

    1. I usually only make 18 muffins, which are 3 points each.

    2. There are all kinds of variations possible. People use the same recipe with chocolate cake mix and other flavors.

    3. My brother really liked these, though he doused them with cream cheese frosting too!
