POINTS: 1
MAKES: 10 servings
CRISPY RATING: A nice way to jazz up normal green beans
|
|
| Ingredients | |
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 32 Ounces Green Beans, Frozen
- 2 Cubes Knorr Beef Bouillon Cube, or vegetarian
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
- 1/2 Teaspoon Savory (summer savory) or Bohnenkraut if you can get it, or to taste

|
Throw everything together in a giant pot. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer until it thickens.
Discard bay leaf before eating.
MY NOTES AND THOUGHTS:
Couldn't be easier - and it's yummy! (And yes - that's 2 bouillon cubes, but only 2 cups of water.)
